Eta Technologies Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect and use the personal information that you provide to us or is generated by your use of our Service. Your privacy is important to Eta Technologies Therefore, we have chosen to undertake appropriate safeguards to protect our users' account information. For purposes of this Agreement, "Service" refers to any feature or function of the Ayoapp.com site or Ayo mobile app. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Eta Technologies and Co.net/ed. Contact Eta Technologies Collection of personal information We collect "Non-Personal Information" and "Personal Information”. Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, demographic information, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit. Personal Information includes certain information about you that can be used to contact or identify you directly. We collect this information in three basic ways: 1. We collect information that you voluntarily provide to become a registered user of our Service. 2. We collect information when you register to join Co.net/ed by logging into an account that you already have with certain third-party social networking sites (“SNS”) (including, but not limited to, Facebook) via our Service. For example, our Service allows you to create an account and login to the Service using your Facebook account credentials through Facebook Connect. If you are not currently registered as a User on the Service and you click on “Sign in Using Connect with Facebook,” you will first be asked to enter your Facebook credentials and then be given the option to register and join Co.net/ed. 3. When you browse or use our Service, technological tools including “Log Data” and “Cookies” collect certain information, as explained in the following section. How we use information 1. Personal Information – include, but is not limited to, your name, gender, profile photo, free-form biography, location/hometown, website and email address. We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. The Personal Information you provide to us is ONLY used to help us communicate with you. (a) SNS Service – By creating your User account by logging into a SNS via the Service, you are using the Personal Information you have already provided to the SNS to create your User account on our Service; the information we collect may depend on the privacy settings you have with the SNS, so please consult the SNS’s privacy and data practices. (b) Vendors – Service Providers who are performing services for Co.net/ed, such as the servers for our email communications, will have temporary access to your email address strictly for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. (c) Finding friends - we will import your personal contacts (including email addresses of friend lists via SNS) to the Service so that you can connect with your friends on the Service, and your friends can find you on the Service, (d) Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement – Co.net/ed cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We can disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process including, but not limited to, subpoenas, to protect the property and rights of Co.net/ed or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity. (e) Business Transfers – Co.net/ed may sell, divest, transfer, assign, share or otherwise engage in a transaction that involves, some or all of our assets, including any or all of the information described in this Policy, in the course of a corporate divestiture, merger, acquisition, joint venture, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or any other similar transaction or proceeding. 2. Non-Personal Information – In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Site. This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners and other third parties at our discretion. 3. How we protect your information – We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. Your account is protected by your account password. We further protect your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encrypted login credentials, off-site data storage, tiered- security data models, and bank-level SSL encryption for site transactions. We also employ industry-accredited services to test our site daily, and we subscribe to anti-phishing services and fraud-detection services to further protect the Site and our Service. Although we strive to minimize the risk of an unlawful security breech of our system, like with all systems, these measures do not guarantee that your information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to have your Facebook account linked to your Snoox account, then you may de-link the Facebook account in your Facebook account settings. (d) Changing or Deleting Your Information – All Users may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their User account (including any imported contacts) by contacting us or by editing their profile via the Service. If you completely delete all of your Personal Information, then your User account may become deactivated. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY Co.net/ed reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant changes to our Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
